Employees were function testing an external pipe saw on the bed of a truck. An employee's right hand was near the operating gun and his fingers got caught between the blade guides and gun when the pneumatic trigger cycled the saw. The employee sustained crushing injuries to his middle, ring, and little fingers and required surgery.
