An employee was power-tapping a hole in a pump stuffing/packing box using a vertical knee mill. The employee was wiping away metal debris with his gloved hand when the glove became entangled on the rotating tap and pulled the employee's fingers around, cutting through the glove. The employee's left pinky finger was amputated.
