Final narrative
A Spectrum employee was installing a coaxial cable line through a suspended ceiling. He was using a 6-foot A-frame ladder to access the ceiling near a wall to run glow rods through to the next room. The glow rods became stuck in the ceiling; as he tried to free them, he lost his balance and fell to the floor about 5 feet below. He suffered injuries to the right arm and ribs.
