An employee was using a pallet jack to load and unload palletized freight from a delivery truck at an offsite location. The employee fell while inside the delivery truck and tried to grab the strap of the truck's sliding door. The door came down on the employee's hand as he fell, resulting in fractures to the fingers/hand.
