An employee was operating a forklift to load freight into a trailer. She exited the forklift to grab a load bar outside of the trailer. When she returned to the trailer carrying the load bar, her right foot got caught between the bumper pad of the trailer and the dock plate, causing her to fall onto the trailer floor at the same level. The employee suffered pain in her left hip that required hospitalization.
