On September 23, 2021, an employee was assisting the operation of the horizontal band saw with the carousel bun loader. The employee was manually pushing the carousel wheel that was stuck and not engaged on the drive wheel when their right little finger became caught in between the bottom of the carousel frame and the guide wheel pinch point resulting in a partial amputation.
