An employee was operating a thread machine in the bolt department when his apron got caught on a piece of round bar that was being threaded. His hand became entangled with the clothing and he began to spin with the machine. Another operator came and hit the stop button. The employee sustained a left arm fracture, and a laceration to the arm and back of the head.
