Final narrative

A machine operator was monitoring fortune cookies at they came out of molds. The wrapping machine used to package the cookies stopped after becoming jammed with plastic film. The machine operator had restarted the machine and begun clearing the jam when his right hand contacted the rotating blades that cut the film packaging. He suffered lacerations to the middle finger as well as a partial amputation of the ring finger.
