An employee was working on an amphibious assault ship. While exiting the work area, she was climbing over a chill water pump when her leg/foot got caught on the pump. She stumbled and struck her right lower leg/ankle against a steel cutout. The tibia and fibula were fractured where they connect to the right ankle.
