On April 26, 2022, an employee was working on a machine in the production straw department when his right ring fingertip was crushed. On April 28, 2022, an employee was clearing a paper jam out of a straw machine and the roller came down on her and amputated her left index finger above the distal knuckle. On March 3, 2022, an employee was clearing a jam on a plastic machine. When the jam was removed the stacker plate re-engaged.
