On May 11, 2022, an employee parked her vehicle and proceeded to walk into the facility. The employee stepped on uneven pavement and fell to the ground on her left side. After a few seconds, she got up and walked into the building. Later she had a headache and went to the storage room to take a break. A few moments later, the employee was found lying on the floor, unresponsive. The employee was hospitalized with an injury to her arm and left side of her body.
