Final narrative
At about 12:30 p.m. on May 17, 2022, an employee was on a ladder applying shingles to a bird box that was about 12 feet off the ground. The employee fell from the ladder to the ground and suffered a neck injury and a fractured left wrist. The employee was hospitalized.
