As the limb was cut the communication cable moved up and released the tree limb. When the tree limb fell it pushed the back of the employee's hard hat causing him to fall face down on the ground. The limb then landed on his ankle. The employee was hospitalized with fractures to the right ankle, left wrist, and T6 vertebra.
