While working on wiring up equipment on the ground, an employee began to feel lightheaded and fatigued. The employee sat in shade with a fan and then moved to the AC in the truck to cool off. After cooling off, the employee attempted to return to work and became ill. In the evening, the employee was hospitalized with heat stroke and renal failure.
