Final narrative
An employee was dead-ending an electrical connection. After coming down in the bucket truck the employee realized he left a nylon strap on the upper portion of the pole. While retrieving the strap the employee made contact with an energized line resulting in a shock. The employee sustained burns to the left arm, back, and chest.
