An employee was sorting, stacking, and delivering two hand truck loads of product to a customer. On the third trip, the employee bent over to pick up a case of product weighing approximately 35-40 pounds and turned to place the product onto his dolly. As he turned to place the product on the dolly, he heard a cracking sound and felt a pain in the left hip area and a tingling sensation radiate down his left leg.
