Final narrative
On August 5, 2022, an employee was halfway up an 8-foot ladder to remove a satellite dish from the porch of a residential apartment. The employee fell backward and hit the ground below while the ladder fell in the opposite direction, twisting his ankle and resulting in an ankle fracture.
