On September 28, 2022, an employee was disposing of construction debris when she was struck by loose cabling that had become entangled in the wheels of a delivery truck. When the delivery truck pulled forward, the cabling knocked her to the ground. She suffered a pulmonary contusion, two broken ribs, and a broken right collarbone.
