At 4:15 p.m. on October 5, 2022, an employee was orienting a stack of wooden sticks on a conveyor feeding into an end matcher. His left little finger was crushed between a stick and an even bender, causing an avulsion to the skin of the finger. He was hospitalized and the fingertip was medically amputated.
