At about 12:05 a.m. on October 10, 2022, a longshoreman was working as a ground-man for a marine terminal crane. A yard tractor struck him with its front left wheel, causing severe trauma to the leg as well as scrapes and cuts across his body and swelling to his head. He was hospitalized.
