An employee was removing a sheet of aluminum that was strapped to the wall. As the employee loosened the strap, the panels shifted and one fell and struck him in the head. He was knocked to the ground and the remaining panels fell onto him. The employee sustained a laceration above the left eye and behind the right ear, abrasions on both knees, and a fractured pelvis.
