Final narrative
On October 18, 2022, at approximately 9:00 a.m., an employee was unloading a trailer in a parking lot. As the employee positioned a cart full of product onto the lift gate of the trailer. The cart began rolling toward the employee causing them to jump to the ground. The cart then fell off the lift gate and landed on the employee resulting in a broken right femur. The employee was hospitalized and underwent surgery.
