On October 24, 2022, at approximately 8:00 p.m., an employee was attempting to remove the vinyl film that was wrapped around a roll. The employee's hand was pulled into a pinch point of an extruder machine, resulting in fractures to their left radius and ulna. The employee was hospitalized.
