On October 26, 2022, at approximately 3:30 PM, an employee was walking toward the bank of elevators. As she walked between two nearby coworkers, the employee's left foot became stuck to the floor as her right foot stepped on the back of her left shoe. The employee tripped and fell forward, striking her head and upper body against the wall. The employee was hospitalized and had surgery for a fractured left humerus.
