An employee was uncrating a boxed door display weighing about 800 pounds for showroom display. He was using a hand-held drill to unscrew the wooden crate. As the employee unscrewed the last piece of plywood on the crate, the 50-pound piece of plywood fell on top of his hand, and his right middle finger became caught and was amputated.
