A forklift operator was picking up a pallet of doors. When the load was lifted, it caused overlapped pallets on the other side to fall over, striking an employee. The injured employee became caught under approximately 692 pounds of doors and sustained a fractured left ankle and a torn anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) and medial collateral ligament (MCL) in the left knee.
