An employee was preparing to put trash in a compactor. A nearby pallet started leaning; 40-pound boxes of chocolate ingredients fell off it and struck the employee, knocking him against a wall. He suffered a broken left collarbone and a broken lower-back vertebra. He was hospitalized.
