An employee was building a re-engineered boat storage building using a telehandler. The employee was unloading cables from a semi-truck using the telehandler when cables shifted, causing the telehandler to start tipping. The band holding the cables broke and the vehicle fully overturned. The employee's left leg was pinned by the vehicle, resulting in a lower leg amputation.
