On July 7, 2023, an employee was emptying trash into a compactor. They discovered a heavy equipment wheel in the trash and removed it. The employee placed the wheel on a beam next to them and then continued dumping the remaining trash. The wheel fell off the beam and landed on the employee's right foot, resulting in a fracture that required hospitalization.
