An employee was on a 24-foot ladder using a pressure washer with an oscillating tip. The water pressure came out stronger than expected, causing the ladder to slide to the left side of the roof line. The ladder caught on a cable that was affixed to the building and the employee fell approximately 15 feet to the ground. The employee sustained broken ribs, a bruised lung, and a sprained wrist.
