An employee was on an extension ladder, using wire cutters to remove zip ties from a pivot to unroll the drop hose. The ladder shifted/slid on the pivot piping and the employee fell to the corn field ground/corrugate. The employee sustained lacerations to their liver and kidney. They also sustained fractures to both wrists and the left trochanter and required surgery.
