Two employees were scrubbing a shower floor. Employee 1 put soapy water on the floor to start the scrubbing process. As employee 2 was walking around the edge of the room to grab a scrub pad, they slipped on the soapy water and fell. Employee 2 struck the back of their head on the floor and lost consciousness.
