On October 10, 2023, an employee was working to clear muffin trays that had jammed at the 90-degree turn of a conveyor. The employee's left ring and little fingers were pinched between the paddle and the steel support resulting in partial amputation of both fingers. The conveyor was not guarded at the time of the incident.
