On April 19, 2024, an employee was drilling a hole in a metal plate. He grabbed a rag and brush to remove metal shavings from the surface area around the drill when the rag got caught inside the drill bit, pulling his right hand toward the machine. The employee suffered a fingertip amputation of his right index finger that required hospitalization.
