On July 4, at 10:00 AM, two employees were loading a cornhole game into a golf cart when the game slipped and pressed the gas pedal. The golf cart lurched forward causing an employee to fall on the blacktop and strike their head. The employee was hospitalized with skull fractures and a brain bleed, internal injury to an ear that included loss of hearing, and broken ribs.
