On September 23, 2024, an employee was descending a fixed ladder after performing a routine inspection of an HVAC system. The employee lost their footing on the second rung from the bottom and fell approximately 21 inches to the ground, landing on their back. The employee sustained broken vertebrae in the neck and back resulting in hospitalization.
