Final narrative
An employee was in a lift basket to unhook rigging equipment from a load. The load was attached to a crane and was resting in the back of a truck. The truck driver pulled away before the employee could unhook the equipment, causing the crane to strike the lift basket. The employee was ejected and struck the side of the basket, resulting in a contusion to the face. The employee was hospitalized.
