On November 15, 2024, at approximately 11:45 a.m., an employee was making adjustments to a vacuum boot at the end of the bubble-forming roller of the bubble line when their left little finger became caught in the pinch point created between the bubble-forming roller and rubber roller. The finger was amputated to the first knuckle.
