An employee was cleaning a press and removed a guard to clean between the rollers. The press turned on and the employee's right hand was pulled into the rollers and crushed up to the wrist. The main power on the press was not locked out at the time of the incident. The employee was hospitalized and his right little and ring fingers were medically amputated.
