Final narrative
On November 26, 2024, an employee was climbing down from the cab of a loader. As he backed out he struck his head on the seam of the cab rollbar resulting in a scalp laceration. He stepped back on the loader platform, lost his footing, and fell approximately 9 feet to the ground, landing on his back. The employee suffered fractured vertebrae in his neck.
