An employee was unloading a docked trailer when she tripped on a pallet that was partially unloaded and fell forward into the pallet. The employee struck her forehead and the bridge of her nose. She was hospitalized with contusions to her nose and forehead, as well as two slipped discs in her neck. The employee was hospitalized for surgery.
