An employee was pulling a metal bin (approximately 3' x 3' x 2') on a dolly. The front casters on the dolly began to rotate, causing the bin to move to the left. The employee's left thumb was caught between the bin and the corner of a test booth structure in the middle of the shop. The employee's thumb tip was partially amputated.
