An employee was removing a genset from a refrigerated container while in a secured basket that was lifted by a forklift. After finishing the task, the employee was in the reefer mounting area when their right foot was struck by the right rear wheel of the forklift as it was pulling forward, resulting in lacerations as well as a broken middle toe.
