An employee was working at an assembly plant. He went to move three steel plates (each weighing approximately 60 pounds) that were covering wood that he needed to access. His left middle finger got pinched between the steel plates as he lifted them, resulting in an amputation to his fingertip.

On 9/26/2025, an employee was using a pair of scissors to cut a zip-tie that was securing a box of files. The scissors slipped and lacerated the employee s left wrist. The employee was hospitalized.
