Final narrative
An employee was working in the back of a trailer while it was raining. He had moved the product in the back of the trailer and was placing straps and edge protectors when he slipped and fell off the trailer. He hit another trailer parked 3 feet away, then landed on his side on the ground. He suffered multiple broken ribs on the right side, as well as a punctured lung and blood between the lung and the chest wall.
