On February 17, 2025, at approximately 1:45 p.m., an employee was walking around the wide-belt waste conveyor and noticed the belt was walking. The employee reached to grab a piece of wood that was stuck in the conveyor when their right hand, arm, and shoulder were pulled into the conveyor. The employee sustained multiple arm and shoulder fractures, six broken ribs, torn chest muscles, and a severed radial nerve.
