An employee was working from a manlift putting the perimeter plywood decking on top of the joists on top of the walls. The employee climbed from the manlift onto the decking. He lost his footing and fell through the floor joists approximately 14 feet and 8 inches to the concrete below. The employee sustained a concussion, a ruptured spleen, and broken ribs.
