Final narrative
A carpenter was tied-off on a baker scaffold and framing an addition to a local school. The employee climbed into the trusses to move the scaffold closer to himself. The scaffold tipped over and pulled the employee down to the concrete ground below. The employee was hospitalized with a broken leg.
