Final narrative
An employee was putting a doughnut cart back in the delivery truck. The employee strapped in the cart and turned to exit the back of the truck. His foot became entangled with a tow strap that was hanging from a Z-rack. He fell onto the floor of the truck and sustained a fractured left femur.
