An employee was sitting at her desk, processing a referral. A coworker was closely monitoring the employee's work. The coworker came to the employee's desk multiple times to say her work was bad and she was not working fast enough. The employee felt bullied and harassed. The employee had a brief meeting with the coworker which grew "heated." Following the meeting, the employee experienced heart palpitations, sweatiness, shortness of breath, and chest pains.
